Summary

In a near top of the table clash that shaped up to be the game of the round, the match-up delivered a nail biter that unfortunately went the Rams way as they ran away 7-point winners.

The Nuggets welcomed back member of their 2022 Championship Nikau McCullough, a much-welcomed addition to the teams guard depth as JaQuori McLaughlin works his way back from injury.

The two sides battled it out in a defensive affair that saw a low scoring first quarter. Matt Bardsley provided a much-needed offensive spark, scoring 6 points off the bench in the term.

The scoring picked up in the second term for both sides, as the Rams took a two point lead into the half.

The third quarter saw the Rams break away, leading by as much as 12 throughout the term.

Though the Nuggets fought hard, and were down by just 1 point with 2 minutes to go, the Rams were stronger in crunch time earning a 7 point victory.

Troy Baxter Jr was the oppositions best, with 25 points including 5/7 3PM.

Michael Harris led the scoring for the Nuggets with 18 points.

Matt Bardsley was strong off the bench, going 6/7 from the field to earn a season-high 12 points.
